Happy Sunday!
We've got the all the walls painted and we've finished putting up the rough cedar trim. My Honey's Dad is an awesome help because he actually knows what he's doing....unlike we rookies! Heehee!
Every thing looks so bright and clean and happy! I am loving it so far.
The trim really made the room look finished. There is still lots of work to do to make it complete, but we
are getting there!
FYI to you rookie DIYers.....cover your lovely brand new ceiling fans BEFORE you paint the walls! We used our handy dandy little sprayer system, which is awesome on saving paint, but it plays heck on everything around you! We've got several things covered in a light colored paint dust...including our beautiful new ceiling fans, but it is coming off nicely! So no worries!
Stay tuned for our further progress! We've got something really cool in the works and hopefully we will be finished so I can show you next week!
It doesn't have to be done all at once. It is a slow process in the works! C-ya next time
